I’m not sure how I’ve never noticed this before, but one day when I was waiting for the Spadina streetcar, I looked up and saw that there were sculptures sitting high above us atop a post. As the streetcar made it’s way up the line to the Bloor station, I kept watch at each stop and realized that there were sculptures at several of the stops along the way!

On a recent trip I did notice the poles commemorating the garment workers rights struggles. It’s odd how little there is online about these sculptures. I hope more people notice them. Such a treat to see them. Thanks for pointing them out.
Thanks for this information. How beautiful that these are in place for our enjoyment. Now I want to ride the Spadina line to see them even though your pictures are excellent. Thanks again.
